Warranty

All Avarth watches are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of original purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal, intended use of the watch during the warranty period.

If a defect is confirmed, Avarth, at its sole discretion, will:

●     Repair the watch or the defective component, or

●     Replace the watch or component with a product of equivalent function and value (replacement items may be new or refurbished).

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

●     Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or ageing of materials

●     Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

●     Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications

●     Water damage caused by use beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance rating

●     Damage to straps, bracelets, crystals, batteries, or seals, unless due to a confirmed manufacturing defect

●     Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, or shocks

Warranty Eligibility

●     This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

●     A valid proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim

●     The warranty applies only to watches purchased through authorised Avarth sales channels

Avarth reserves the right to inspect the product to determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.

●     Order number or proof of purchase

●     Description of the issue

●     Clear photographs or videos showing the defect

If the claim is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or loss of value.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avarth’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Avarth reserves the right to amend or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
