Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my package? Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my watch? Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging, documentation, and tags intact.

How do I initiate a return? Contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned watch. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy? All our watches come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers manufacturing defects, movement malfunctions, and material failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (straps, crystals, cosmetic scratches).

How do I make a warranty claim? Contact us with your warranty card and proof of purchase. We'll provide instructions for sending the watch to an authorized service center for evaluation.

Account & Orders

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking information in real-time.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our return policy.

Do I need to create an account to purchase? No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and receive exclusive updates on new releases.

How do I update my shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update the shipping address. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Authentication & Documentation

How can I verify my watch is authentic? Each watch comes with a serialized warranty card, certificate of authenticity (for limited editions), and branded packaging. You can also verify your serial number through our customer service team.

What documentation comes with my watch? Every purchase includes a warranty card, user manual, authenticity certificate (where applicable), and care instructions. Keep all documentation in a safe place for warranty claims and future resale.
