1. Order Processing

     All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation

     Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays

     During product launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


2. Shipping Locations

Avarth ships both within India and internationally.

     Domestic shipping: Across India

     International shipping: Selected countries (subject to serviceability and courier availability)

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations due to logistical, legal, or regulatory restrictions.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.

Domestic (India)

     Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch

International

     Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days from dispatch

Avarth is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

     Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

     Any promotional or complimentary shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

     Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may be levied by the destination country

     These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless explicitly stated

     Avarth is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures


6. Tracking Orders

Where available, tracking information will be shared once the order has been shipped. Tracking updates depend on the courier service used and may not be real-time for all locations.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

     Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information

     Avarth is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

     Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors may be charged to the customer


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

     If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at sorted@avarth.com

     In the event of a shipment arriving damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and product

Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Customers will be notified if this occurs.
