Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Avarth ("we", "us", or "our") through our official website.

We design and manufacture our watches with great care and attention to detail. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

     The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

     All original packaging, tags, protective films, and accessories are included

     The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

     Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, dents, or strap adjustment

     Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling

     Products returned without original packaging or accessories

     Limited edition or special release items (unless defective)

     Items purchased during clearance or final sale (where clearly stated)


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

     Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

     Share clear photographs or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

     Replacement of the product

     Repair of the product

     Refund (if replacement or repair is not feasible)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at sorted@avarth.com with:

     Your order number

     Reason for return

     Supporting images (if applicable)

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Products sent back without prior approval may be refused.


5. Return Shipping

     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

     We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

     Avarth is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

     Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

     Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

     Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (subject to eligibility) and place a new order separately.


8. Cancellations

     Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped

     Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead


9. International Orders

For international orders:

     Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

     Refunds will not include customs duties or taxes paid to authorities

     Return shipping costs for international orders are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
